Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be included.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Instructions for returning your item.

Note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

As a reseller, we follow each manufacturer's return policy. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may vary by brand.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • A 3% credit card processing fee applies to all transactions.
