Shipping Policy

Delivery Options

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Free) – Orders are typically processed within 20 days and delivered about 3 days after shipping (excluding holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping – Orders are shipped within 7 days and delivered about 3 days after dispatch. Additional charges apply.

After you place your order, our customer service team will contact you to confirm your shipping preference.

Backorders & Stock Delays

If a product is out of stock or delayed by the manufacturer, we'll notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.

Payment Processing

Your credit card is not charged immediately at checkout. We will confirm your shipping preference before processing payment.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number.

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't see the email.
  • If you still haven't received it, email support@provolleyballshorts.com with the subject "Order Confirmation Not Received".

Holiday Shipping Delays

Shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays due to increased order volume.

Order Shipment Policy

Each order is shipped separately. Multiple orders are not combined into a single shipment.

Shipping Protection Plans

Optional protection plans are available before your order ships.

  • Lost Package Coverage – Covers packages lost during transit. Packages lost after delivery are not covered.
  • Damage Coverage – If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible, report it to the shipping carrier, and contact us immediately. Damage reported after delivery is not covered.

Claims: Proof of loss or damage is required to process a claim with the manufacturer.
