Muscle D Elite Leverage INcline Shoulder Press - PL-EL-ISP
The upright position makes the Elite Leverage Incline Shoulder Press very easy to mount and comfortable to use. The back pad has an angled back at 20 degrees to stabilize the user’s torso during presses, minimizing the hyperextension of the lower back. The horizontal, angled grips and independent arms allow for a natural overhead, convergent, iso-lateral movement.
Load your plates onto each presser arm's weight horn, with 2 extra storage plate pegs on each side of the machine for those plates not in use. The welded heavy-duty 11-gauge steel frame has a sleek appearance created through oval tube steel. Electrostatic powder coating insures the frame finish is scratch-free and ding-resistant for long-term, heavy use. A high-density, molded foam seat and back pad offer greater comfort & durability that complement the spring-assist adjustable seat to accommodate any user height.
The Muscle D Elite Leverage Shoulder Press is made for intense, powerful strength training at home or in commercial gyms.

Maintenance Tips
-
Clean After Each Use: Wipe down frame, seat, footplate, and handles with a soft cloth and mild cleaner to remove sweat and dust and keep surfaces in top condition.
-
Inspect Hardware Weekly: Check and tighten bolts, nuts, and fasteners to maintain stability under heavy loads.
-
Lubricate Rails & Bearings Monthly: Apply a silicone-based lubricant to linear guide rails and bearings for smooth carriage movement and reduced wear.
-
Check Upholstery & Pads: Ensure backrest and any pads are secure and free of tears or compression damage; repair or replace if needed.
-
Footplate Condition: Keep the footplate clean and dry to maintain a non-slip surface.
-
Balanced Loading: Load plates evenly on both sides to avoid uneven stress and wear on the sled mechanism.
-
Floor Stability: Place machine on a flat, level surface to prevent rocking or uneven wear.
